Why should I? Let's look at some well-documented recent examples.<br /><br />Take Ingram Parsons III. He was chauffeured every day to his prep school, and grew up as Gram Parsons, a tremendously authentic country songwriter. Or at least he sure sounds authentic. Or for that matter, Townes Van Zandt, who came from serious Texas oil money. <br /><br />Was Shakespeare a toff? A prole?
