Somebody Check The Front Porch

My old Law School at the University of Louisville is “The Louis D. Brandeis School of Law.” He didn’t leave them any money but he is buried on the front porch, more or less in the manner of Elvis.

I just noticed that the faculty directory at UL includes the name “Louis D. Brandeis,” complete with email address (link).

I just sent him a message asking if he has ever regretted his decision in Benedict v. Ratner (link)

I am sorry to report that the message bounced back as undeliverable.
