I don’t suppose it will be around long, so go quickly to the Daily Show site and watch Larry Wilmore (“Senior Black Correspondent”) on “judo ghetto” (or maybe it’s “ghetto judo”—Stewart says “I think I have on of his albums”)—bringing down the man by defaulting on subprime loans. “Banks have tried to make subprimes the menthol cigarettes of loans,” Wilmolre explains. “But unlike menthol cigarettes these loans have a downside.”
“Duped?” he asks. “Believe me we know these loans are unfair, that’s why we stopped payin’ ‘em back.” And they list “Oprah” as co-signer--“they don’t check that out. … We’re allowed to use her as collateral.”
Update: Per Matt Hoffman, commenting at CreditSlips, I am told that this is a link.
