The New Criminal Class?

CFO mag (via AAO) makes a count of Chief Financial Officers convicted of a financial crime over the last five years. Total: 63 (link).

It would be nice to have some context here--how big is the search set, what is the percentage?

But the number keeps reverberating: sixty three? Isn't that a lot? In the relevant time frame, I don't think we've had 63 Congressmen convicted -- and they, are Mark Twain kept assuring us, are our native criminal class (link). Sixty-three?
