I have to admit I had never heard of "truck nuts" until Underbelly's military correspondent snuffled out a bill proposing outlaw them (link). Seems fair to me; I believe it is already illegal to wear fuzzy dice in your underwear.
Perhaps we could make an exception for any case in which the offending orbs were those of the truckdriver himself.
