McCain wants to offer a prize for battery power (link). I say God bless im but don't stop there. Here are other projects for which a grateful nation ought to be willing to offer a reward:
Perpetual motion.- Gold out of base metals.
- Squaring the circle.
- An end to world hunger.
- Peace in our time.
- And a pony!
