Per a BBC story on the criminal charges against Silvio Berlusconi, I gather that if your over 70 in Italy, then even if convicted of a crime, you can't be sent to jail.
Looks like I'm in the clear. But as BBC says, Berlusconi's hair will be prosecuted as a juvenile.
Update: but the United States is not so fastidious.
