...about time zones. Everybody on one time zone. Let the locals adjust to the sun however they like. But then I went to Kashgar, way out on the Central Asian border and found they have two time zones--Peking time and Kashgar time. So if you leave a call for 6 am, you may get one at 1 or 11.
Meanwhile, nobody has ever figured out a good reason for Daylight Savings Time.
