Arrest Now, Trial Later

I see that Darrell Issa, the incoming chairman of the House Oversight Committee, says that the Obama administration is "one of the most corrupt."  Well good, I guess that means we won't be having to waste taxpayers' money holding any hearings, will we?   I mean, if you were slapped with a charge of, say, car theft, and he judge began his inquiry by declaring you were one of the most criminal defendants he'd ever seen, you certainly wouldn't expect to hold an actual trial.
