The Two-for-one Play

I was telling the Wichita Bureau just now that for all its meteoric rise, the price of gold has been outstripped over the past decade by both lead and copper.

Go for the two-for-one play, Wichita advised. Buy ammo. Copper-plated ammo.

Or could it be that the reason for the runup is that all of Wichita's neighbors are buying ammo?
