Lehrer certainly sounds plausible. But I knew my Lehrer pretty well in his day and I don't remember it as his. A Google of Lehrer hasn't turned it up yet, though I concede that I may have rewritten it over time (though I am pretty sure I did not write it in the first place).

Aw c'mon, don't be shy. We know you did it.
Tom Lehrer, if I'm not mistaken.

Sorry, not Tom Lehrer. It was George Carlin. (An understandable mix-up, I think.) Here's the Carlin version:
"I sent my sinuses to Arizona,
I sent my liver to Peru,
I sent my lungs and my kidneys,
for the summer to Sydney,
But I'm sendin' my heart to you!"
Ah, Carlin sounds exactly right. More plausible than Lehrer, though I cannot say how.
Still, I like my own version better.
