Because that's the lowest price it's available New. If you want a seller who doesn't get dinged by 1 in every 25 clients, it will cost you $1,850.
Not to mention the copy for $2,497. PLUS $3.99 for shipping. (You might think that seller would be generous and offer it at $2,496.01 plus shipping, but you would be wrong.
