Of the late King Richard III, buried Hoffa-style under a bunch of concrete, John writes:
I suppose after being in a parking lot for the last few decades, being reburied in a church is an improvement--but didn't he deserve a better place than an obscure shire church?Which prompts:
Or I'll be buried in the king's highway,
Some way of common trade, where subjects' feet
May hourly trample on their sovereign's head;
For on my heart they tread now whilst I live;
And buried once, why not upon my head?
--William Shakespeare, King Richard II, Act III Sc. 3.

I read once that the Roman martyr Valentinus (St Valentine for whom the love day is named) was martyred by being buried up to his neck in the Via Appia and then the Romans had a parade down the road. Yerk!
"Buried Hoffa style?" How do you know? In what style - and where - is Hoffa buried?Last I heard, we have nothing but a bunch of bum theories.

What if Hoffa's last ride was on a garbage scow to a mid-sea garbage dump?
Or what if the U.S. Government shot him into space so he'd never be found?
