From an inter-office e-memo sent (and received) on April 23:
Christmas cards and other types of greeting cards should not be sent from one department to another.

Nickel and dime, but miss the big items. Maybe educational institutions have become too corporate. Back to calculating savings for FY '20 for things we haven't even tested yet.
