Disclaimer
I wish the record to show that nobody has ever offered me a plugged nickel to hype anything on this blog, and I am damn shirty about that, but not nearly as much as some of my colleagues are about the FTC Rule.
I am personally in strong agreement not only that the FTC must be peopled with rule-making idiots, but also that nobody in his right mind would spend hours reading a book and writing a review for the paltry price of a free book)
In that spirit, and also to screw up your claim that nobody ever offered you money for a review, I herewith offer you 4 cents to review my blog. There's an extra penny in it for you if the review is favorable.
